Once bundled, if you need to change any of the following, you must unbundle a delivery from the optimized route:
- Delivery address
- Pickup information
- Delivery Requirements
- Scheduling information
Unbundling a delivery from a route:
- Go to the Routes view in the merchant portal.
- Click on the route ID that contains the delivery you want to unbundle. Then click on that delivery's order ID.
- Click the Unbundle this delivery button to remove it from the route to unlock editing on all fields.
- The unbundled delivery will be moved to its own route. You can now make changes to the delivery info. Once changes are made, you can go through the bundling process again with your existing routes. If you had already printed labels for the route, you must print labels again as they will no longer be valid.
Unbundling an entire route:
You can unbundle an entire route if necessary. This will split it apart into new, single delivery routes where you will be able to change any field.
- Go to the Routes view of the merchant portal
- Click on the route ID that you want to unbundle
- Click on the Unbundle Route button
- Follow the instructions to enter the appropriate code and confirm you want to unbundle the route
- Each unbundled delivery will be moved to its own route. Once changes are made, you can go through the bundling process again to create new, optimal routes. If you had already printed labels for the deliveries, you must print labels again as they will no longer be valid.
Deleting a bundled delivery:
- Go to the Routes view in the merchant portal.
- Click on the route ID that contains the delivery you want to unbundle. Then click on that delivery's order ID.
- Click the Delete delivery button. You may need to refresh your screen.
