Putting a route on hold
If a route has been posted but a courier has not yet accepted it, you can put the delivery on hold. Once the delivery is on hold, it will stop pinging couriers and will stay in your portal until you edit it. You can reschedule the delivery when you're ready.
- Log in to https://merchant.trexity.com/.
- Click on the Route ID of the delivery you want to put on hold. You can find it in the All tab or in the In Progress tab.
- If the Put on Hold button is available (i.e. not greyed out), go ahead and click it.
Cancelling
Once you’ve posted a delivery to the courier community, you’re able to cancel it before the delivery has been completed. The cancellation fee differs based on which stage of the delivery you decide to cancel.
- Log in to https://merchant.trexity.com/.
- Click on the Route ID of the delivery you want to cancel. You can find it in the All tab or the In Progress tab.
- Hover your cursor over the Cancel button and review the message that appears regarding the cancellation fees. These depend on how far along the delivery has gone. For instance:
- Cancelling a) a draft or b) while waiting for a courier to accept
- Cancelling after a courier has accepted but before pickup
- Cancelling after a courier has arrived at pickup
- Cancelling after a courier has picked up the package but before delivery is completed - The courier will also be notified to return the package to your pickup location.
- Click on Cancel and then confirm that you want to cancel.
Deleting
You can delete a route and all deliveries within that route depending on what state it's in (for example, you can't delete a posted or delivered route). Be sure that you want to delete a route as this will remove the data for the deliveries from your portal and you cannot retrieve it afterwards.
- Log in to https://merchant.trexity.com/.
- Click on the Route ID of the delivery you want to delete. You can find it in the All tab or by searching for the ID.
- If the Delete Route button is available (i.e. not greyed out), click it and confirm the deletion.
