During this pandemic state, it's important that all drivers follow the Trexity Code of Conduct and adhere to the contactless delivery standards that we have in place.
Contactless delivery is making sure that you keep yourself safe, and our merchants' customers. Always give yourself distance between others when you are picking up a package. Social distancing is key when interacting with our merchants, so using the drop and grab method works best. This is when you ask them to place the delivery on the ground or on a table, and then when they are at a safe distance away, you can pick it up.
When you arrive at a drop-off, it's important that you ring the doorbell and knock (or follow the delivery instructions in the driver app) and then proceed to stand back or wait in your vehicle until the item has been received. DO NOT come in contact with the customer.
Always make sure that the delivery has been received, unless otherwise instructed in the delivery notes. Many merchants will instruct you if they can be left on the front step or in a safe place for the customer.
