We offer the ability to enter both customer and recipient details if the delivery is meant to be a gift. This will send tracking information, notifications, and any PIN requirements to both parties. The ability to tip the courier is shown ONLY on the customer's tracking page and NOT on the gift receiver's page.
This information can be entered by the Merchant through their Merchant Portal when adding a new delivery, or by customers through a link on their tracking page. Gift information cannot be entered through import CSV or API at this moment.
Merchants can add gift info anytime before the route goes live, and customers can add gift info up until the delivery is complete.
Note: If you have opted out of customer notifications, this includes gifting notifications.
