How pickup windows work
Depending on your required service level, choose a pickup window that works for you. We'll come to your store during that window, scan your packages, and deliver them that same day.
- The lead time for when you can schedule a delivery for a specific window may vary. Check your Merchant Portal for timing.
- Routes already scheduled for a pickup window can be edited up until up the lead time expires.
- You will need to print labels before the pickup window starts.
