One or more of your sign up photos may have been rejected. It is likely that we simply could not read some required information in the photos you submitted because it was cut off. Here are some guidelines to help get your photo approved:
Profile photo
- Your shoulders and the top of your head must be visible
- Remove accessories such as sunglasses and hats
- Be in front of a plain background
- Make sure your face is well lit and clearly visible
Driver license photo
- All 4 corners must be visible
- All information must be unobstructed and readable
- Take in a well lit area to reduce glare
- Repeat for both front and back of driver license
Insurance or work eligibility photo
- All 4 corners must be visible
- Take photo in an well lit area to reduce glare
- All information must be unobstructed and readable
Vehicle photo
- Take a photo of the back of your vehicle
- Be at mid-height to your vehicle
- Be facing straight to the back to your vehicle
- Make sure the entire vehicle is in frame
- The make, model, license plate, and colour of your vehicle must be distinguishable
